A non-refundable deposit of 25% (per gecko) is required to place a gecko on hold. You cannot transfer the deposit to another gecko unless said gecko is the same price. I do not offer payment plans at the moment but might in the future. Refunds are decided on a case to case basis. No gecko is on hold until the deposit is sent. before sending a deposit please contact me about the particular gecko you would like to purchase and get my approval. I don not conduct sales over the phone because I keep a written record of all transactions. **ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE SENT BEFORE THE GECKO IS SHIPPED** I only ship the the continental 48 United States and I do not export geckos. I use FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping which can cost anywhere between 30$- over 60$. If you would like a shipping estimate please contact me with your zip code. You must set aside a day to receive the gecko, if you cannot do so, you have the option to pick it up at your local FedEx hub. I am not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. I will only ship when temperatures are 40-80 degrees Fahrenheit in all destinations, I will include a heat or cool pack depending on multiple variables. I guarantee live arrival. If your gecko is dead on arrival, I will reimburse you with credit (no cash refunds). to receive credit you must send photo/video evidence within 30 minutes of arrival or this offer is void. Geckos can drop their tails during shipping and the tail does not regrow, I will not be held liable for this as this is a rather common occurrence. Once the gecko is in your possession its health is not my responsibility. I ensure that the animal is healthy before it leaves my residence, anything that happens after you receive it is on you.
